This new IMTBike tour starts in Valencia, a city famous for paella, oranges and the America’s Cup. Here you can soak up the Mediterranean Sun before heading up into the Maestrat Mountains for curve-filled riding. The town of Cuenca will be an enchanting experience with its famous “hanging houses.” Next you will head back down to the sunshine and the Mediterranean Sea for a delicious paella and some coastal curves before returning to Valencia.
