Scott and Chano were the greatest hosts. They obviously have tried it from all angles and this particular route encompassed just about everything. . . a superb cycling experience. And the 1200 GS is the machine to do it on. As for problems, the only one I had was keeping my credit card in my wallet! There are deals in Morocco like you will not believe...fabulous rugs, leather, silver. And the best orange juice in the world! Even though the tour is primarily of Morocco, the first and last days in Southern Spain were fantastic. The mountains of Southern Spain are spectacular. I do not recall buying much of anything on the Pyrenees Tour. . .believe me, I made up for it in Morocco! One hint. . .as you go further south, the deals get better.

Martin and Roger were simply terrific. They obviously enjoyed the tour as much as we did. Martin is a wealth of information and so was able to answer all of our questions. The deals on leather, textiles, silver, etc. were fantastic! I do, however, recommend that people upgrade to the 1200cc bikes. The F650GS I rode was a great bike but a bit small for a big guy like me.
